Last updated: May 30, 2026
What we collect
If you contact LeadChime through the website, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, business details, and the message you send us.
How we use that information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, communicate about services, improve our offerings, and support the operation of the LeadChime website and service.
Website forms and communication tools
Information submitted through forms may be stored in our systems and may also be used to send notifications that help us respond quickly to your inquiry.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Third-party services
LeadChime may use third-party tools for website hosting, spam prevention, analytics, messaging, and other operational needs. Those services may process information as part of providing their functionality.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use our website. GA4 sets cookies (such as _ga) and collects usage information — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and on-site interactions — so we can improve the site. GA4 does not store your IP address. Google processes this information as our analytics provider; see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics cookies load only after you opt in through our cookie banner. Everywhere else, analytics is on by default and you can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser.
Your privacy choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us, and you can opt out of analytics as described above. To make a request, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California), and we honor applicable rights requests.
